Cook, Adapt & Thrive

We're pleased to announce the start of our first ever county-wide budget-friendly cooking course! We focus on techniques and tips to help you make really tasty meals whilst saving money in the process. Join our WhatsApp Community to keep up-to-date with new courses, we will also put dates and locations here on the website. The courses are free and you do not usually need to book unless the course is at a Family Hub (we'll make sure you know if you do need to book and if you're unsure please just ask!). Locations, times and dates are found below the 'Cook, Adapt & Thrive' image.

If you have attended one of our courses please fill in this survey!
